Narwal is pushing premium robot vacuum features into the mid-range market with the launch of the new Freo Z10 Turbo, a smart cleaning robot that combines powerful suction, advanced carpet cleaning, and hands-free maintenance at a much more accessible price point.
The Freo Z10 Turbo is positioned as Narwal’s first major mid-range release of 2026, but the specs look far closer to a flagship device. The robot delivers up to 25,000 Pa of suction power, one of the highest figures currently available in its price category, helping it tackle debris, dust, and pet hair across both carpets and hard floors.
One of the biggest additions is Narwal’s CarpetFocus Technology, a feature previously reserved for the company’s high-end models. When the robot detects carpet, it automatically raises the mop while lowering a brush cover to create a sealed airflow zone that boosts suction efficiency. Narwal says the system is designed to improve deep carpet cleaning and dust pickup without soaking rugs in the process.
The company is also targeting one of the biggest pain points in robot vacuums: tangled hair. The Freo Z10 Turbo includes Narwal’s SGS-certified DualFlow Tangle-Free System, which combines a redesigned side brush with a zero-tangling roller brush aimed at homes with pets or long hair.
Mopping performance gets an upgrade too. The robot uses Narwal’s EdgeReach Mop System to extend the mop into corners and along baseboards while maintaining downward pressure to scrub tougher stains. Navigation is handled through a camera-free system using tri-laser structured light and LDS radar mapping, allowing the robot to avoid obstacles without relying on onboard cameras.
Like many premium robot cleaners, the Freo Z10 Turbo ships with an all-in-one docking station that handles mop washing, drying, dust collection, and maintenance automatically. Narwal says the system can deliver up to 120 days of maintenance-free operation thanks to compressed dust storage and intelligent self-cleaning features.
Pricing is where the Freo Z10 Turbo could become especially competitive. The robot carries a standard retail price of $899.99, but Narwal is launching it at an introductory price of $599.99 between May 18 and May 31 in the United States.
